PMA AND TRIO GROUP JOIN FORCES

PMA's alliance with Trio Group was initiated early this year with Trio researching new IT software systems and discussions with PMA over trans Tasman opportunities. This lead to PMA taking over Trio's Australian operations and a subsequent shareholding in Trio New Zealand. The merger presents PMA with the opportunity of seamless servicing their existing clients that have New Zealand operations, while at the same time Trio's New Zealand clients will benefit from PMA's IT systems, strategic sourcing solutions and wide range of additional service.

PMA Solutions and Trio Group both commenced business in the mid 1980s as independent print managers whose businesses extended into design, marketing and promotional products, storage, fulfilment and logistics.

The similarities of both businesses are considerable. Both are independent print managers with a focus on client requirements and service, rather than production, with independence allowing unbiased supplier selection and the best market rates to be sourced and shared with our clients - now in both countries across the Tasman.
